    Guys it f**kin works, after 1.3 Months of doing this daily every morning I’ve seen significant improvement, my posture is much more better and I don’t even have to think about how I look anymore since it just comes there naturally now, Every time I stretch now I no longer get those annoying pops in my neck and shoulder blade and I’m much more flexible which is great since I’m a soccer player.     This was a pretty cool video! I suppose it's also worth mentioning that your current fitness is going to be a big limiter on how long you can do exercises, as are some of their non-cardio benefits. A person just getting started will have a far easier time starting by walking for 30 minutes than by trying to do recurring sprints for 30 minutes. In fact, the untrained individual won't be able to do more than 10-15 minutes of recurring sprints. If you are going to increase the intensity, it definitely needs to be something you enjoy so you will push through discomfort during the workout.

    another thing is working those areas correctly. i tend to squat without squeezing my glutes, and i don't do hip thrusts, so that's why it's still hard to lose glute fat, even though i have no trouble losing weight

    Moving less after, and eating more after is not a direct do more and lose less thing without people being complacent... you surely need to remain in a mind to remain healthy after. Seems a bit dumb to be mindful on how you do cardio instead of just remain mindful after also. Although I have found I would do 777 calories burn 4 times on a elliptical machine before my normal exercise and found this good... but if I then ate loads none of this mattered and that is no mystery. You can not also think that 3108 calories burn means you can forget 3108 calories out of you calorie counting... because it is not a direct look at your machine and the number it says the the exact amount you have actually burned. When I am at my desired weight I can not then stop it all or even slow it down that much. The body is used to this now and is able to do a lot while burning less fat... so you have to commit to a way of life for good... you will then simply replace every day with some rest days... but do not do this before you have reached your goal. Weight loss should be taken seriously... you will find after it is hard enough to stay the weight than to lose weight. Plus when you are there it will not feel amazing... you'll just finally feel normal and so it is very easy to get complacent after s you think you yourself "it's not that big a deal to be thin and healthy"... but it is not a big deal to yourself to get there but it is a big deal top not be that... and this is the hardest thing people find to understand. Diet is the first most important thing to watch and you should understand what diet sees you start to lose weight first. You can not then start doing exercise and believe you can now eat whatever. Exercise is there in fat loss to increase the fat loss of dieting not replace it. It's a bit dumb to start a shit tonne of effort in replacing exercise with dieting, ...you have to do it hand in hand of each effort. You have to find a diet you begin to see weight loss in then add the exercise. I did want to find out what the burning after was all about but this has only been about a complacency being common after working out, not a actual effect of high amounts of calorie burning leading the the body storing more fat after but the body slowing down and wanting to eat more... something that you will be mindful about if you are thinking properly about weight loss... you will feel like not moving more and just push through it and have cravings and resist them if you stay in the mind set of still losing weight. But we also add exercise also because of all the other benefits to health and if you want to loss weight you also want to look healthy... otherwise it's a body dysmorphia to do not exercise and starve yourself and you will lose weight and always feel you need to lose more because you are not looking healthy on top of being thin and will chase that by getting thinner and never see the image you want in the mirror. It's a massive kick in your own teeth to exercise and forget dieting... you can eat a little more but your mind doesn't understand that without being mindful after... annoyed I didn't learn much lol

      Fat also is not a direct source of energy for the body, burning it is not good energy, it's there as a emergency source... so you have to keep it up after as what the body puts back on it does not decide to use it for energy easily... it's not a simple system, it's not straight forward thing to manage and if you never have to survive famine fat is not going to help you much, but your body by nature is going to try to store it as a safeguard to survive regardless

    Creatine has been studied for decades and has no adverse side effects. 1/4 will notice no effects. 3/4 can expect to gain 2-3lbs more of lean muscle mass than they would have training without creatine.

    Great work! Although most of the information is common sense once you’re in fitness space but still worth a lot having data to back it up given most of us don’t have access to measuring equipments, so thank you for that! I definitely agree with you have to do what you like doing and an sustain. No need to suffer for a short time and fall off the wagon fast. Sometimes I see trainers don’t take into consideration that the person is not still fit enough for the exercise that they’re given and they will end up disappointed and intimidated. Take it easy :)
